The Extra Brut “L'Extra” is 100% Chardonnay, classified Grand Cru. This cuvée comes from the famous and unique terroir of the “Côte des Blancs”.

Aged minimum 4 years in our cellars and elaborated in Extra Brut, less than 6 g of sugar / L. The low dosage of this wine brings a perfect balance and a beautiful freshness.

With its delicacy and its citrus aromas, this wine can be tasted with unparalleled pleasure as an aperitif or accompanied by seafood

THE CELLAR:

Aude Vauban-Menuel, after the death of Denis Bonnet, is managing the cellar with attention and sensitivity, also allowing Denis's daughter to enter the company smoothly. Carla.

The path to follow is linear: without technical errors in the cellar, focusing attention on the expressions of the different proprietary vineyards worked with passion and dedication.

In fact, the estate can count on vineyards in privileged places: we are talking about Oger, Avize, Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger and Vileneuve.

In the cuvées of the Bonnet-Gilmert house we have always gone beyond the matrix of the terroir alone, the grapes are like a part of the plan, what gives to the blend: the rest comes from the vinification, partly carried out in wood of different origins
