TASTING:
At sight: It has a beautiful color with some coppery reflections, typical of our beautiful grape variety, Pinot Noir.
The effervescence is sustained and forms a slightly frothy collar on the surface.

Nose: The nose opens with a beautiful aromatic palette. We find notes of red fruits and some touches of citrus fruits.
Mouth: On the palate it is a real delight, a beautiful structure envelops us and gives us a sensation of softness. The fineness of the bubbles gives a magnificent creaminess.
The finish is very pleasant and in total harmony with the first sensations of this vintage, we close with a slightly spicy sensation.

TASTING:
Serve chilled between 8° and 10°C.

To be enjoyed with red or white meats, a chocolate dessert or as an aperitif.
