Result of the assembly of grapes from 50-60 different crus, this cuvée is made up of a percentage of reserve wines that can reach up to 45%. The predominance of Pinot Noir (50%) gives strength, Chardonnay brings freshness and Meunier fruitfulness. Aging on the yeasts for a period of at least three years enhances the aromatic intensity and silkiness of the structure.
