Veuve Clicquot's Brut Rosé is one of those bottles that have made the history of Champagne. It was in fact produced for the first time in 1818 by adding some red wines from the Bouzy cru and was the first rosé d'assemblage to be placed on the market. Today it is still produced from the cuvée of the classic Yellow Label completed by 12% of a selection of red wines from different crus of the region. The prevalent use of Pinot Noir grapes and the high percentage of reserve wines in the preparation of the cuvée gives this Champagne a traditional and structured profile and a constant quality over time.

This Champagne Rosé Brut is thus presented as a rosé and technically impeccable declination of the maison's style: delicacy, elegance, freshness and structure are its main characteristics. The sugar content of 10 g/l contributes to its great pleasantness and enhances the fruity and spicy aromas that distinguish it, making it suitable not only to accompany aperitifs and fish-based dishes but also to be paired with delicate desserts based on fresh fruit.

Veuve Clicquot's Champagne Rosé touches and caresses the most romantic and voluptuous strings of sensitivity, while also demonstrating strength, character and structure. It enchants the nose with typical aromas of wild strawberries, berries and red citrus fruits arranged on a taut and mineral texture. The soft, juicy and fruity sip is crossed by thin and delicate bubbles and closes on sweet and persuasive tones that immediately call for another sip.
