Maxime Ponson's is an interesting story, which shows how the Champagne area is teeming with new small rècoltant-manipulant. In this case it is an adventure that begins within a family, that of the Ponsons, now in its fifth generation dedicated to the production of Champagne under the Pascal Ponson brand in Coulomnes la Montagne, in the Petite Montagne de Reims.

To the eye it manifests itself with a golden color, crossed by chains of fine and thin bubbles, with good persistence. The nose is delicate in proposing subtle notes, which develop recalling different fruity and floral nuances, enriched on the finish by hints of pastry. In the mouth it is full-bodied, elegant in offering an immediate and direct sip, with good freshness and enveloping.
