Sergent's Champagne Bossa Nova is the result of the blending of Pinot Noir and Pinot Munire from the Premier Cru terroir of Vrigny, in the Montagne de Reims. Aged and fermented in barrels, with a dosage of 0, it is an intense, complex and intriguing Blanc de Noirs.

Guillaume took over the reins of the family Domaine in 2009; the company is very small and is located in Vrigny, a municipality in the Marne department. The vineyard does not even cover 2 hectares and of these 70% is dedicated to Pinot Meunier, 20% to Chardonnay and 10% to Pinot Noir.

The result of careful and uncompromising winemaking, it is a sparkling wine capable of conquering now and in the years to come
