Champagne Cuvée Louis Hurtebisse Brut by Alain Mercier represents a refined expression of the champenoise tradition. Produced using grapes selected mainly from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines, this champagne stands out for its harmonious balance and elegance. To the eye, it presents a golden yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage, a sign of a long refermentation in the bottle, as required by the Champenoise method.

On the nose, floral and fruity notes immediately emerge, with hints of green apple, citrus peel and delicate nuances of white peach. A light nuance of toasted almond and brioche brings complexity and refinement to the aromatic bouquet. In the mouth, it is vibrant and fresh, with a well-balanced acidity that supports the creamy and enveloping body of the wine. The minerality, characteristic of the terroir from which it comes, adds structure and depth to the palate.

The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant aftertaste of fresh fruit and a light note of yeast. This Brut Champagne is ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif, but it also lends itself magnificently to accompany fish dishes, shellfish and soft cheeses.
