There are three layers of our praline: a layer of coffee cream, made soft by the noble cocoa butter, naturally present inside the cocoa beans, a central layer of white chocolate cream with natural mascarpone aroma and finally a layer 47% Venezuelan milk chocolate with a high cocoa content, for a neutral flavour, not too sweet or overwhelming.
