3 BOTTLES X 70cl.
PRODUCTION AREA: Jarnac
RAW MATERIAL: 14 kg of Williams pears and Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne
PROCESS: Pears, from the Black Forest region, are picked in autumn when they reach full maturity and when their skins take on an amber-pink color.
They are stored in the cold waiting to be used to produce the natural aroma, obtained by macerating the fruit in a small quantity of Williams Williams distillate.
An extremely concentrated pear juice is extracted through a rotary process. 14 kg of pears are needed to produce a 70 cl Liqueur Poire au Cognac.
The liqueur is obtained from the "assemblage" of Cognac 1er Cru Grande Champagne, natural aroma of Pere Williams, sugar syrup and distilled water.
AGING: Minimum 2 years in white oak barrels
COLOR: Intense amber
AROMA: It combines the typical olfactory scents of Cognac with the fruity aromas of Williams pears
FLAVOR: In tasting it offers a unique and harmonious mélange
PAIRING: Excellent as a digestive, but if served very cold, together with 2/3 of Champagne, it is also delicious as an aperitif
