RAW MATERIAL Cognac de Grande Champagne and natural liquorice aroma

DISTILLATION 100% Cognac with the denomination “Grande Fine Champagne 1er Cru de Cognac”. It is aged in white oak barrels for a minimum of one year. The aroma is obtained with liquorice root extracts from Calabria.

COLOR Mahogany

BOUQUET The nose is fine and elegant, with notes of Cognac and liquorice.

PAIRINGS Drunk fresh as a digestive, or to combine with ice cream and biscuits. Also perfect for creating cocktails.

TASTE On the palate the finesse of Cognac leaves room for liquorice, with notes of coffee and bay leaves. Licorice remains in evidence for a long time.

NOTES The still, handcrafted, was built and refined from a mass of raw copper. The "Charentaise" distillation allows you to concentrate the most delicate aromas and flavors of the wine, it is a traditional method from the 18th century. The "Les Bergeronnettes" vineyard includes 25 hectares located in the "Grande Champagne 1er cru de Cognac" (DOC).
