When tradition is paired up with invention, and antique recipes, cherished in the Langhe people’s knowhow, are amalgamated with quality ingredients and creative flair, the result takes the form of cakes. A great classic of the Piedmont gastronomic culture, the hazelnut cake, is revised to exalt the fineness and lasting quality of the aromas. The variations with chocolate-hazelnut and with sweet chestnut take us on a trip through the pure tastes which have characterised this countryside for centuries.
