Sweet dark chocolate biscuits with 70% cacao and salt. Cocoa and chocolate aromas intertwine with the fun crunch of the Maldon salt flakes that, with its pleasant flavour, enhance the aromas of the chocolate. Our biscuits taste good on their own but also combined with liquor and fortified sweet wines.
INGREDIENTS:
Flour, dark chocolate 70%, butter, cane sugar, sugar, cocoa, Maldon salt, ammonium bicarbonate, sodium bicarbonate, vanilla.
