Modica chocolate I.G.P. organic dark 70% with Mascobado sugar
The original dark "Modica Chocolate PGI" mixed with organic brown sugar mascobado, marries the ancient Sicilian grains Tumminia and Maiorca.

This is how delicious biscuits are born, made according to the procedures of craftsmanship.

The biscuits of the GraniSi line are produced exclusively with ancient Sicilian grains. Timilia flour, an ancient Sicilian durum wheat characterized by a low gluten index and Mallorca flour, an ancient soft wheat cultivated in Sicily for centuries and known to be among the poorest in gluten.

These wheats are grown and processed organically, keeping intact all the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics. In addition to the absence of GMOs, these grains are also stone ground, allowing them to retain all those properties that make the product not only healthier, but also more digestible.

Ingredients: durum wheat flour (Timilia variety) 33%, raw cane sugar, type 1 soft wheat flour (Mallorca variety) 14%, fresh eggs (from free-range hens) 11.8%, "Modica chocolate IGP "organic dark brown sugar with mascobado sugar (bitter cocoa paste - origin: Ecuador - variety: Nacional fino de aroma; organic brown sugar mascobado from the Philippines, minimum 70% cocoa) 8.5%, butter, extra virgin olive oil 5.6%, fresh whole milk 4%, salt, flavorings, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate. The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people.
