Produced exclusively with ancient Sicilian grains such as the Madonita and Perciasacchi varieties.

Perciasacchi also called "Sicilian Kamut" with characteristics similar to Khorasan wheat and the advantage that since it is a product grown in Italy and not in the United States like Kamut, it is not transported inside holds where the development of micro-toxins is easier .

Ingredients: wholemeal soft wheat flour (Madonita variety) 32%, raw whole cane sugar, durum wheat flour (perciasacchi variety) 15%, vegetable fats (coconut, sunflower oil, water), red fruits in variable proportions (currant red, strawberries, blackberries, black currants, blueberries, sucrose, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavorings) 11%, fresh eggs (from free range hens) 4.7 %, fresh whole milk 2.4%, Marsala liqueur, raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, salt.
