The Cosi Chini are typical sweets of Castelbuono. Their name, which means "full things", recalls the generous filling that distinguishes them making them irresistible. These pot-bellied desserts covered with icing and sugar sprinkles can be enjoyed all year round at the end of a meal as a delicious dessert, in the afternoon accompanied by tea or simply as a delicious interlude during the day. A bite will be enough to discover all the genuine goodness of the ingredients of our Sicily. The filling of coffee, dried figs, sultanas, chocolate and apricot jam will release a riot of flavors without equal.

Shortcrust pastry ingredients: Wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs, raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate; salt, flavorings.
Filling ingredients: dried figs 26% (equal to 10% of the total), sultanas, chopped toasted Sicilian almonds 14% (equal to 8% of the total), apricot puree (glucose syrup - fructose, apricot puree, sugar; thickeners: pectin with added sodium pyrophosphate and sodium alginate; acidity regulators: citric acid and calcium citrate; preservative: potassium sorbate; coloring: paprika extract; flavorings), chocolate drops (sugar, cocoa mass, butter cocoa, emulsifier: soy lecithin, flavorings), wildflower honey, soluble coffee, gourmet alcohol, cinnamon.

The highlighted ingredients can cause reactions in allergic or intolerant people. May contain sesame, soy, almond and pistachio. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep the product away from heat sources and direct light.
