The Colomba di San Patrignano is prepared according to the recipe of our masters using only high quality raw materials including 100% Italian flour. The mother yeast which, for 14 years, has been treated and processed by the children of the community, is the essential ingredient to obtain a light and fragrant product. The structure of the dough is the result of three consecutive days of preparation and nourishment of the mother yeast with double leavening for 24 hours.
The glaze is handcrafted.

Type "0" soft wheat flour, candied oranges 18.5% (sugar, water, orange peel, glucose, vanilla beans}, butter, pasteurized egg yolk, sugar, water, 7% granulated sugar, yeast natural 4.7% (soft wheat flour type "0", water), glaze 4.4% (sugar, almonds, corn flour, pasteurized egg white, salt), raw almonds 2%, honey 1.2 %, malt extract (barley malt, water, soft wheat malt flour), salt, natural flavoring, vanilla beans.
May contain: sesame, soy, walnuts and hazelnuts.
