Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with dark chocolate drops, soaked in alcoholic syrup based on espresso coffee

Ingredients:
type 0 soft wheat flour, sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, 18% dark chocolate drops min. (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla extract), natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (alc 14% vol.) of imbibition (water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, espresso 6%, freeze-dried coffee, natural flavor: vanilla) 30%, cocoa powder, salt.
In the same laboratory we process and use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.
Product without preservatives and dyes.
