Naturally leavened baked confectionery product with candied lemon peel, soaked in alcoholic syrup based on Sorrento PGI lemons infusion

Ingredients:
type 0 soft wheat flour, candied lemon peel 18% (sugar, lemon peel, glucose syrup from wheat), sugar, butter, pasteurized whole eggs, natural yeast, alcoholic syrup (alc 14% vol.) of imbibition ( water, sugar, ethyl alcohol, infusion of Sorrento IGP lemons 10%, natural flavor: vanilla) 30%, salt. In the same laboratory they work and use: almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, pistachios, sesame, peanuts, milk powder, milk proteins, soy lecithin.
Product without preservatives and dyes.
