The Colomba 3 Cioccolati has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, it is made only with live mother yeast. It's not the classic dove of tradition but it's a dove for the most curious and greedy, who love to experiment. White chocolate, milk chocolate and dark chocolate blend into one surprising explosion of flavour. It is covered with a glaze enriched with almonds. The structure is soft, the taste is elegant but decisive, it is not extremely sweet as the dark chocolate attenuates the sweetness of the other two chocolates. It is a very rich Colomba but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. This chocolate dove is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with the passion that has distinguished us since 1882.
