

The Colomba Apricot and Salted Caramel has a double leavening of more than 48 hours, it is made only with live mother yeast, with candied apricots and salted caramel. It is covered with a glaze enriched with almonds. The structure is extremely soft, the taste fully meets the needs of the sweet tooth. It is a very rich but extremely digestible stuffed dove thanks to the long leavening and the only use of high quality raw materials. It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavourings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with the passion that has distinguished us since 1882.

Naturally leavened baked confectionery with apricot and salted caramel without candied citrus peel - 750g (26,45 oz / 1,65 lbs) ℮ Ingredients: wheat flour* type 00, butter*, egg yolk* category A, candied apricot (10.9%) (apricot 40%, sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, natural mother yeast (wheat flour* type 00, water), salted caramel (5.9%) (sugar, glucose syrup, whole milk powder*, cream*, salted butter* 3.6%, salt), water, milk*, cream*, salt, wheat starch*, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla. Icing: sugar, egg whites*, almonds*, rice flour, almond flour*, sunflower oil. Store in a cool, dry place at max 20-22°C. *Allergen ingredients - May contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame.
