The Colomba White Chocolate and Berries has a double leavening and a 4-day processing, it is made only with live sourdough, with candied berries and white chocolate. It is covered with a glaze enriched with almonds. The structure is extremely soft, the taste fully meets the needs of the most greedy.
It is a very rich stuffed colomba but extremely digestible thanks to the long leavening and the use of only high-quality raw materials.
It has no preservatives, semi-finished products, flavorings, vegetable fats. It is 100% artisanal and therefore made entirely by hand, with the passion that has distinguished us since 1882.

fresh pasteurized egg yolk, white chocolate 20% (9%) (sugar,
cocoa butter, whole milk powder, whey powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla extract), candied berries (9%) (blackberries/currants/blueberries (60% equal to 5.4% of the finished product), sugar, glucose syrup), sugar, natural sourdough (wheat flour, water), granulated sugar, water, milk, almonds, salt, cream, corn starch, Bourbon vanilla, lemon peel. Icing: sugar, egg white, icing sugar, rice flour precooked, almond flour, sunflower oil. May contain nuts (hazelnuts, pistachios), sesame and mustard.
