Produced from SANGIOVESE grapes selected and subjected to natural withering, then de-stemmed and left to ferment at a controlled temperature, in the presence of selected yeasts, in prolonged maceration on the marc in vitrified cement tanks.
The wine then passes for 12 months in 500 liter barrels, then it is reassembled before undergoing a long aging in the bottle.
It has a very dark ruby red color, an intense and dense aroma with scents of black truffle, marasca cherry, cooked plum and dried rose, a dry, warm, velvety and harmonious taste.
Serve at room temperature.

WINE
De-stemming - Fermentation in vitrified cement tanks with inoculation of selected yeasts. Maceration on the skins until the end of fermentation with temperature control (28/30 degrees) - Reassembly every eight hours
MATURATION AND AGING
In tonneaux (500lt oak barrels) 1/3 new, 1/3 second passage, 1/3 third passage for 12 months - Bottling and aging in bottle for 18 months
