Produced from selected SANGIOVESE grapes, de-stemmed and left to ferment at a controlled temperature in the presence of selected yeasts in vitrified cement tanks.
It has a bright ruby red color, an intense and persistent aroma of marasca and violet, a full and dry taste with good grass and cloth.
Serve at room temperature.

MATURATION AND AGING
In vitrified cement tank for 6 months - Bottling - Bottle aging
