The trust in this grape variety, the work on the cultivation method and on the vinification have led to the construction of a great territorial white that in the imagination is increasingly the Rimini white wine par excellence.

Light straw yellow in color with light green reflections, it expresses rich and concentrated aromas, very clear, rich and concentrated with hints of white pulp fruit.
Fresh, decisive and salty on the palate, with a veil of tannin that restores body and fullness.

It goes well with delicious appetizers as an aperitif, with elaborate fish first courses, fish risottos, second courses with white sauces, aged cheeses.
