In the Santa Lucia estate in Mercato Saraceno all the vineyards are cultivated according to organic farming methods, with espalier and Guyot pruning systems.
In recent years surprising results have been achieved by considering the influence of the lunar phases (both in the countryside and in the cellar) by putting the Biodynamic philosophy into practice.
Thanks to this new approach, the territory regains its true identity, considered the basis for the growth and enhancement of all the wines produced.
Deep ruby red colour; the nose has aromas of cherry, currant, undergrowth and balsamic notes.
The taste is fresh and balanced with tannins
