Rosamari is produced from pure Sangiovese grapes coming from the property's vineyard in the hamlet of San Martino in Venti on the hills of Rimini.
The soil of this parcel is characterized by overconsolidated marly clays and limestone. The vineyard has a high planting density and the training system is spurred cordon.
Yields per plant are low thanks to scrupulous selections in the vineyard. Rosamari is produced only in years suitable for the type and in limited production. The harvest is carried out manually in small half 15 kg crates in the months of August and early September.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Rosamari matures for 6 months in stainless steel barrels and ages for a minimum of 3 months in the bottle. Rosamari is our interpretation of Sangiovese rosé where the freshest and tastiest notes of the Rimini area are enhanced.
