50% in steel and 50% in barrel, short period in bottle.
Organoleptic characteristics
Intense ruby red color.
Nose tuned to fruit expressions such as plum, licorice and herbaceous touches.
On the palate it is less obvious, initially played on sweet and soft tones, then progressively reveals the fruity trait.

Being a superior Sangiovese, the production specification requires its release from 01 April of the year following the harvest, a few more months of waiting allows its characteristics to express themselves at their best.
