Cantine Ceci's flagship wine, widely considered a benchmark for the appellation. The grapes for this wine are picked in early October. They then undergo temperature-controlled maceration on their skins for 5-7 days. Extraordinary red-violet in color with rich, seductive aromas of strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries and unmistakable violet notes in the finish.
