The Margherita Flamigni panettone follows the recipe created by the Milanese artisan pastry chefs, which includes the low form.
Its soul is a mother yeast whose strain originated in the thirties. Without any addition of other yeasts, the dough is soft, full of irregular holes and extraordinarily digestible. To compose it are a strong and at the same time very extensible grain flour, sugar, egg yolks from Italian farms and French centrifuge butter. Naturally leavened baked confectionery product subject to natural decline.
