At the heart of the Modena tradition
The Nocino cream, with its 24% Nocino di Modena, represents the essence of this delicious panettone. Made with an alcoholic infusion of walnut husk, sugar and natural flavours, it enriches every bite with an authentic depth of flavour. To complete the magic, dark chocolate and praline walnut grains blend perfectly together to offer a harmonious contrast between the sweetness of the cream and the crunchiness of the decoration.

Ingredients
Nocino Cream 24% [glucose syrup, sugar, water, Nocino di Modena liqueur (alcoholic infusion of walnut husk, sugar, natural flavours), palm oil, fibre, pasteurised egg yolk, skimmed milk powder, cream powder, flavouring, thickeners: pectin, preservatives: potassium sorbate, salt], soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, pasteurised egg yolk, natural sourdough starter (soft wheat flour, water), invert sugar syrup, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; salt, enzymes (contains wheat), malted wheat flour, natural flavouring (contains milk), natural vanilla extract from Madagascar berries.

Decoration ingredients 13.5%:
dark chocolate 8% (cocoa paste, sugar, low fat cocoa powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin; natural vanilla flavouring), praline walnut grains 5% (walnuts, sugar), butter.
May contain mustard, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts,
Pecan nuts, Brazil nuts, Queensland walnuts.
