A Franciacorta of great personality, composed of a selection of Pinot nero grapes from an extraordinary morainic soil that imparts its saltiness to the grapes.
It has a very clean flavour and a complex bouquet, with hints of grapefruit, blackcurrant, and walnut hull, and unusual touches of laurel and green tobacco. Well-structured and distinctive, it features a long and pleasantly persistent finish.
