PROVENANCE: From our vineyards located in the municipality of Paderno Franciacorta.
VINE AND WINE: The Satèn Franciacorta stems from clonal selections of Chardonnay grapes. Harvested by hand in small boxes, very slow and soft pressing of whole bunches. Fermentation and aging in small barrels of Allier oak. In the months of March and April we are made the passage in the bottle for fermentation. The bottles are stored in rooms of aging at controlled temperature (12 ° - 14 °) for at least 36 months. After this period Satèn Franciacorta presents its particular flavor and aroma and a fine perlage.
TASTING NOTE: yellow with golden hues. Perlage fine and persistent. An intense bouquet of peach blossoms, honey and hazelnuts. fresh and inviting taste, soft and subtle.
