THE PURE AND BLINDING REVERB OF THE CHARDONNAY
The Doppio Erre DV is the limited edition of the Doppio Erre Di. Unlike this, the bottles are left to refine after disgorging for a further 12 months, giving a greater evolutionary note and a more important structure. The wine is produced with 100% chardonnay grapes, using only the first flower of the pressing, a part of the base wine ferments in barrique.

Attractive, fresh and juicy. It is a wine with an exquisite flavor, capable of enchanting and always making you want a further taste.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
Very bright straw yellow, where the vine puts its hand in it and leaves very delicate green shades; the nose immediately expresses excellent intensity, aromatic herbs such as fresh oregano and thyme blend with tones of resin and gooseberry, citrus acts as a glue with the sweet notes of pastry, toasted nuts blends with linden flowers and wisteria. In the mouth it expresses the lively acidity typical of chardonnay; the effervescence, thanks to the long aging period, has great creaminess, the sip is generous and full of sensations, without neglecting the most important, however, the stimulation that invites re-tasting.

Drink it as an elegant aperitif, or marry it with fresh cheeses made with aromatic herbs.
Crostini of black bread with buffalo stracciatella and mint.
Crudité of prawns.
