50% of the must ferments in French oak barrels and matures for six months on the fermentation lees, the remaining 50% is vinified in steel.
Permanence on the lees for a minimum of 32 months.
Essentially creamy with fragrant tones of fresh almond and delicate buttery aromas.
Delighted by a subtle minerality.
