2021 BASIC HARVEST DIARY

The vintage began with a mild winter, followed by a spring characterized by abundant rains and some frosts, which slightly slowed the awakening of the vines, leading to a later flowering. The summer, with cooler temperatures than average, contributed to a balanced growth cycle. On July 25, an intense hailstorm temporarily hindered the path to harvest, but the August climate, with its rise in temperatures, marked a decisive turning point. Thanks to constant dedication and a rigorous selection of the bunches in the vineyard, we were able to bring grapes of excellent quality to the cellar. The fruit of this vintage is reflected in unique wines, which express all the strength and personality of nature, enhanced by the meticulous work in the cellar.
