maturity is its synthesis.

HARVEST DIARY

BASE 2021

The vintage began with a mild winter, followed by

a spring characterized by abundant

rain and some frost, which slightly slowed

the awakening of the vines, leading to a

later flowering. The summer, with cooler than average

temperatures, contributed to a balanced

growth cycle.

On July 25, a heavy hailstorm temporarily

hindered the path to the

harvest, but the August climate, with its

rising temperatures, marked a decisive

turning point. Thanks to constant dedication and

a rigorous selection of the bunches in the vineyard,

we managed to bring grapes of excellent

quality to the cellar.

The fruit of this vintage is reflected in unique wines, which

express all the strength and personality of

nature, enhanced by the meticulous work in the cellar.
