PERLAGE

Fine and refined, with an aromatic creaminess and

a persistence that delicately permeates the

palate.

BOUQUET

A seductive nose, characterized by elegant and delicate

notes of orange blossom, accompanied by

fine aromas of candied citrus.

FLAVOR

Fresh and fragrant on the palate, with a

broad and enveloping sensation. A cuvée of great

harmony between acidulous notes and mineral freshness

that continues in a clear and crystalline finish.

HARVEST DIARY

BASE 2021

The vintage began with a mild winter, followed

by a spring characterized by abundant

rain and some frost, which slightly slowed

the awakening of the vines, leading to a

later flowering. The summer, with cooler

than-average temperatures, contributed to a

balanced growth cycle.

On July 25, a heavy hailstorm temporarily

hindered the path to the harvest, but the August climate, with its

rising temperatures, marked a decisive turning point. Thanks to constant dedication and

a rigorous selection of the bunches in the vineyard,

we managed to bring grapes of excellent

quality to the cellar.

The fruit of this vintage is reflected in unique wines, which

express all the strength and personality of

nature, enhanced by the meticulous work in the cellar.

Alma is the genesis and the mass selection in Cancello, it is the consistency and energy of the Pinot Nero delle Casotte, it is the consistency and finesse of the Chardonnay de le Brede. Alma is the soul of the chestnut tree of Ceppate. Alma is in every person who takes care of Alma.
