Our Franciacortas are the authentic expression of our vineyards. The careful selection of the best Pinot Noir, its rigorous vinification and blending with Chardonnay grapes, confirm the exclusive hue and elegant freshness of our Rosé.

Identity: Chardonnay 60% - Pinot Noir 40% Vineyards in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro, Cazzago S.M. Loc. Calino Hilly terrain of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated. Average age of the vines over 15 years

Vinification: After a rigorous selection of the bunches, part of the Pinot Noir remains in contact with its skins for a few days to set the color; the cuvée between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, vinified in steel tanks, is made shortly before bottling. After the draft in spring, it spends a period of over 24 months on the yeasts and following disgorgement for at least 6 months before being put on the market.
