Only grapes obtained from Chardonnay plots. Structure, softness and elegant freshness express the magnificence of our Satèn.

Identity: Chardonnay 100% Vineyards in the municipality of Erbusco in the Salem area, “Carioline”, “Supei” and “Longo” vineyards. Hilly terrain of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated. Average age of the vines over 25 years.

Vinification: After a rigorous selection of the bunches and a light pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place, partly in 32 Hl natural oak vats, partly in 2.25 Hl French oak barriques and partly in steel. Following the draft in spring, it spends a period of over 40 months on the yeasts developing a pressure of 4.5 atm together with a creaminess typical of Satén. After disgorgement, at least 6 months pass before being put on the market.

Dosage: 7 g/lt

Alcohol content: 12.5%
