A single vineyard in Erbusco planted in a small plot. Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco vines renew the soul and history of this Franciacorta with each harvest.

Identity: Chardonnay 80% - Pinot Bianco 20% Vineyards in the municipality of Erbusco in Salem, “Comarì” vineyard Hilly terrain of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated. Average age of the vines over 50 years.

Vinification: After a rigorous selection of the bunches and light pressing, the fermentation of the must takes place, partly in 2.25 hl French oak barriques and partly in steel. Following the draft in spring, it spends a period of over 60 months on the yeasts and after disgorgement, at least 6 months pass before being put on the market.

Dosage: 3 g/lt
