Franciacorta Brut Cuvée Rosé Rosa Rosæ is born from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Bright and delicate, with its captivating and delicious aroma: the power conferred by Pinot Noir is softened by the elegance and finesse predominant from the Chardonnay grape.

Blending elaborated on a predominant base of Chardonnay accompanied by Pinot Noir for an interesting test of style in pink. The grapes are harvested by hand at different times.

In the vinification process, part of the Pinot Noir wants to stay a few days in contact with its own skins to take the color; the cuvée between Chardonnay and Pinot Noir is made just before bottling for the second fermentation.

Only after a long period of aging with their own yeasts the bottles are disgorged and put on the market.

Presented for the first time in 2007, Rosé Rosa Rosæ is the round, captivating and greedy expression of the Bersi Serlini taste.

MANUAL HARVEST

Natural vinification to respect the identity of the Bersi Serlini territory.

During the months of aging on the lees it rests in the underground vaults at a constant temperature of 12 °.

Manual remuage lasting about 5 weeks.

TASTING

Brilliant and clear bronze color, with an immediate and historical imprint.

At the beginning the wine is fine and fresh, with a strong acidity attack.

The perlage is very persistent, a powder pink envelops and a hint of violet, berries and cherry on the nose.

Capable of great dynamism, in the mouth the berries become crunchy, slightly acidic, bringing out notes of strawberry and ripe cherry.

A Franciacorta with strong sapidity and beautiful freshness. Balanced, round and fresh.

Rosé Rosa Rosæ is a Franciacorta of great conviviality capable of an incomparable taste-olfactory experience when paired with deep red colored hams.

The combination with the aroma of undergrowth and the savory fat of the meat makes the experience unforgettable.

From duck to sushi, Rosé guides the most curious palates. It is perfect to enjoy with everyone but especially with friends.
