Preview is born from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes of unique freshness, coming from exclusively owned vineyards.

We collect the grapes dedicated to this wine before the others so that they can represent harmony and spontaneity in the glass.

The combination gives fresh acidity, a sense of taut sourness with a soft and captivating finish, creating an excellent balance that makes it a very drinkable wine, with a lively and simply perfect taste.

Preview is the bottle of Franciacorta ideal for any start, from aperitifs, to reception banquets, entrees and happy hours.

The Brut holds a historical position in the Bersi Serlini genealogy whose first bottle produced and sold dates back to 1970.

Since 2013 it bears the name Preview with a new label with a marked elegance, a legacy of the Liberty style, the historical emblem of the first Bersi Serlini bottles.

MANUAL HARVEST

Natural vinification to respect the identity of the Bersi Serlini territory.

20 months on the lees in aging in underground vaults at a constant temperature of 12 °.

Manual remuage lasting about 5 weeks.

TASTING

Brilliant and clear bronze color, with an immediate and historical imprint.

At the beginning the wine is fine and fresh, yellow in color with reflections of white gold; on the nose a hint of floral note, fresh white flowers, honey, peach and apple.

Pleasant entry in the mouth, in which the floral note combines perfectly with the fruity one; juicy freshness with a marked acidity attack.

The perlage is very persistent. On the palate it is clear, with a significant intensity.

Balanced, round and fresh, Preview has a long and soft finish, with hints of spices and rennet apples.

FROM GLASS TO PLATE

Preview is a perfect Franciacorta for an aperitif in any circumstance, which can also be served with a first course to accompany light and delicate dishes.

It can also accompany short-aged cheeses and creamy ones.

It is perfect to enjoy with everyone but especially with friends.

Recommended temperature 8-10 °.
