Produced with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes harvested in favorable climatic and harvest conditions, which allow the bunches to reach optimal ripeness.
The fermentation of the base wine takes place in steel tanks where it rests for about 8 months.
After the tirage, it matures on the lees for more than 36 months.
After disgorgement, a refinement in the bottle follows such as to give the unmistakable and intense perfumes and aromas.
Being a Dosage Zero during disgorgement the topping up is done exclusively with the same wine.
Full-bodied wine, well structured in taste, it denotes a straw yellow color well accentuated by time with a subtle and continuous perlage.
The nose is complex, clean and linear with notes of grapefruit, pineapple and a toasted hazelnut finish.
On the palate it is round and dry with an acidic and brilliant vein which makes it extremely easy to drink.
Product that goes well with raw seafood, shellfish and fish-based dishes.
Franciacorta produced without the use of exogenous sugars from phenolically ripe grapes.
Self-produced grape must is used in refermentation and disgorgement, in compliance with the integrity of the fruit and the enhancement of the territory.
