Identity: 100% Chardonnay Vineyards in the municipalities of Erbusco, Adro and Cazzago S.M in Calino. Hilly terrain of morainic origin, rich in skeleton and minerals, dry, well exposed and always ventilated. Average age of the vines over 30 years.

Vinification: After a rigorous selection of the bunches and a light pressing, the fermentation of the must of each single harvest takes place in 32 hl natural oak vats remaining on its noble lees for approximately 6 months. The wine from each single harvest is transferred into a single vat containing the blend of previous years, ending with the fifth harvest. After the draft in spring, it spends a period of over 80 months on the lees and after disgorging at least 6 months before being put on the market.
