Winemaking: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. It is then gently pressed and the must is allowed to settle. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers.

Ageing: After fermentation, the wine is left on the lees for six months. The bottled wine is normally aged in temperature-controlled rooms for at least two months.

Sensory characteristics:
Color: bright yellow with golden highlights

Bouquet: floral, intense, rich scents of summer; flowers flowering ash, orange blossom, jasmine, cedar, lily, mallow. Rich aromas of Mediterranean.

Taste: catchy and lively, fruity and persistent, with a distinct smoothness and pleasantness. Fruit scents: Amolo, cherry white paste.

Serving suggestions: Excellent as an aperitif, it is an outstanding partner for asparagus, vegetable soups, creamed pulses and marinated fish.
