Winemaking: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. It is then gently pressed and the must is allowed to settle. The must is then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers.
Ageing: After fermentation the wine was left on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. The bottled wine is normally aged in temperature-controlled rooms for at least two months.
Sensory characteristics:
Color: yellow
Aroma: sweet and refined, with notes typical varietal: herbs, orange peel, citrus green, apple, apricot, biscuit, pastry, yellow flowers, saffron, maraschino.
Taste: fruity and enveloping balanced acidity with a long, fresh and tasty; fruity aftertaste long and lingering with hints of pineapple and pine nuts with hints of fresh herbs.
Food pairings: Particularly suitable to accompany pasta dishes, white meats, fresh cheeses, dishes based on fish.
