Winemaking: The grapes are gently de-stemmed and left to macerate for a short period. It is then gently pressed and the must is allowed to settle. The must is then fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel containers.
Ageing: After fermentation the wine was left on the lees in stainless steel containers for six months. The bottled wine is normally aged in temperature-controlled rooms for about two months.
Sensory characteristics:
Color: yellow with light auburn.
Bouquet: elegant, characterized by a balanced fusion of notes of dried apricots, Nashi, bread crust, mulberry, raspberry white, khaki, propolis, Amorpha fruticosa, acacia, white fig.
Taste: fruity, smooth, bulky, fat; aftertaste that is developed through long and complex fruity aromas of yellow plum, jujube, papaya.
Serving suggestions: Especially made for fish dishes, appetizers, risottos and baked vegetables.
