Traditional London Dry style in aromatic profile and dryness, this gin uses a mix of ultra traditional distillation methods. Many Gins claim a cast of thousands of botanical ingredients while Martin Miller instead believed that an epic cast does not necessarily produce an epic gin. In fact, he believed that exotic and "dark" ingredients suffocated the "show" star, the juniper. First distillation: Juniper, coriander, angelica, licorice root, cassia, nutmeg (Small percentage of lime zest) Second Distillation: Bitter orange peel, Lemon zest, lime zest Once the distillation has been carried out, it travels 4800 km from the England to Iceland to be mixed with the purest glacier waters filtered by Icelandic lava.
