LIMITED EDITION - Total bottles for Italy n. 60
The Kyoto Distillery was the first gin craft distillery in Japan. Created in 2016 with the aim of producing the first Japanese gin on the market, today it dedicates to the many fans of the wonderful Kinobi Gin two unique and special editions, produced in very limited quantities.
The barrels used for the maturation of this special edition of KINOBI are the legendary ex-sherry casks of the Karuizawa distillery.
Today the whiskeys bottled by the Karuizawa distillery are among the rarest and most sought after in the world. The distillery, in operation since 1955, was closed and dismantled in 2011.
The British company Number One Drinks, owner of Kyoto Distillery, was the company that bought and managed all the Karuizawa stock until 3 years ago.
Adding value to these editions, the bottle was created in collaboration with the prestigious Japanese Noh Teathre.
This theater of dramatic art is among the most influential of all Japan, in activity since the 14th century.
The labels of the most important aging of Karuizawa whiskey were made in collaboration with this prestigious theater.
History repeats itself, for the first time with a Gin, named for this Ki Noh Bi.
