Midsummer Solstice is the Limited Release by Hendrick's Gin: an unusually distinctive floral expression. Lesley Gracie, creator of Hendrick's, was inspired by the unique and mysterious qualities that can be found in flowers. The new Release contains the same botanicals as Hendrick's Gin and, together with Rosa and Cucumber, a floral combination has been added designed to accentuate the aromas of the original formula. Hendrick’s Midsummer Solstice has limited availability until the end of 2019.

The Midsummer gin Solstice was therefore created within the project "Cabinet of Curiosities, the place of experimentation of the alchemy of botanics", in the Scottish Gin Palace. The style is that of Hendrick's that we all know well, but this gin is infused with flower essences and aromas that want to reproduce "the aromatic intensity of a midsummer day".

The master distiller Leslie Gracie recounted: "I have always been in love with the strength of the flavors and aromas of nature at the height of summer and for this new variation I have personally selected by hand every single floral essence to recreate this intensity. Midsummer Solstice is part of a long history of innovation and I'm glad I don't know how to create new variations at the Gin Palace, but also to share them with the curious and the explorers of gin around the world "
